Balmain

Balmain is a fashion house that was founded by Pierre Balmain. Balmain was born in 1914 in France. His father owned a drapery business and his mother and sister owned a fashion boutique where he often worked after his father’s death in 1921. He always had a love of fashion and an eye for design. He attended the Ècole des Beaux Arts in 1933-1934 with intent to study architecture but instead ended up spending the majority of his time designing dresses. After working for atelier Robert Piquet as a freelance artist and spending time with Edward Molyneux, he left school to work for Molyneux. In the late 1930s, he served in the French air force and the army pioneer corps. After peace was declared, he worked at Lucien Lelong and opened his own fashion house under his name.

My project

Air Jordan

         Air Jordan(s), informally known as Jordan, are a brand of shoes and athletic apparel designed and produced by Nike for the now-retired basketball player Michael Jordan, who has served as the figurehead for the brand since its inception.

         Since 1984 to 2012, there already had 23 pairs shoes means Air Jordan I to XXXIII. And the Air Jordan XXXIII sold out, in 2009, the new shoes in every year changed their name, just like Air Jordan 2009, Air Jordan 2010 that means the new area. Why? I think because of the number of Jordan’s jersey is 23.

         So this year, we already saw the Air Jordan 2012.

         And I want to show something new in next month and next year that the Air Jordan Brand will sale.

        

         

         This picture shows us that the GS of Jordan Brand will sell in this winter during the December and next January. We can see that the theme of them is pink. The number 1 and 2 of the left is Air Jordan I, there are the shoes Air Jordan will retro every year. Because they are the first Jordan shoes. And the middle one is the shoes create by Spike Lee. And the two on the right are the shoes from the Jordan Brand; so there have no name with the year or number of. They are just the team shoes.

         

         This picture we can easily discover that, there are some wonderful shoes will retro in next year. That makes me very exciting. That’s hard to find this picture, and I can’t find any detail of them. But never mind, I know them so well.

         The first one on the left is the Air Jordan XIII Bred retro. I don’t have this color of this XIII, but I remember that this color haven’t retried, so it’s the first time that retro it, and wonderful chance that I can get it. And let’s see, the fifth is an Air Jordan XIII too. It named He Got Game. A movie in 1998, every popular because the Actor is Denser Washington and Ray Allen. The shoes were in the movie, so it got this name. That’s my favorite color of the XIII, I still have it, an awesome shoes. I believe next year when I see them, I will buy a new pair. The only blue one is the Air Jordan I, the first shoes that Jordan got. I don’t think this color Jordan has wear, because the jersey of Bulls is red. I remember Kobe may wear them to join a TV program or a TV show. And another Air Jordan I is the OG color of Air Jordan I, every fans of the Air Jordan won’t refuse this color. The Black one is the Air Jordan III, I don’t very like them, because of its name-Black Cat. The last one is Air Jordan V, there are very beautiful shoes. Although Jordan wear them didn’t got the champion, but he did very well in that season, and in the Japanese anime-Slam Dunk, a boy wear them, his name is Liu ChuanFeng.

He shown this picture to us, let us know what will retro in next month. I can’t wait of my favorite shoes Air Jordan IV. Did you see the black and yellow one? Its name is Thunder. I can’t use my words to describe how I love them. And we can see a lot of shoes, let’s waiting them.

         

         His name is Air Jordan XI Bred. About Air Jordan XI, there are too many stories of them. Jordan wore them in his second period in Bulls. In 1996-1997, the XI did well with Jordan, and finally they got champion together. Jordan usually says, the XI is my favorite shoes. So most of people call XI the King Of The Air Jordan. In December 23^rd, the Bred XI will sell in the world. Although it must need to wait in line and may not have chance to get it, but I will try, every fan will try, because we are the son of the King.

        

         Air Jordan IV, my favorite shoes. The Bred was sold on the Black Friday 8 AM. I waited outside for whole night to get them. You must think I am crazy, but I did, and I already got them. I can’t control myself, so excited.
